Code of Practice

The humade standard is a voluntary commitment made by human creators. By signing, you agree to the following:

1. You are a human being.

You are a living person, not an automated system or AI agent acting on your behalf.

2. The work is yours.

The works you attest were created by you. You hold the right to attest them.

3. You did not use AI generation.

The attested work was not generated, in whole or in substantial part, by an AI system. This includes image generators, large language models, music synthesis AI, video generation tools, and similar systems. Reference, research, and spell-check do not count as generation.

4. You will apply the mark honestly.

You will only apply the humade watermark and badge to work that meets the above criteria. You will not apply it to AI-assisted or AI-generated work.

5. You accept community accountability.

You understand that other members may flag your work for review. You agree to engage honestly with any moderation process.

6. Revocation.

humade reserves the right to revoke attestations and suspend memberships where there is reasonable community evidence of violation. You may appeal any decision.
